Do you love working with children?

We are looking for outgoing applicants who are smart, punctual, and super organized. Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, love working with children, and the desire to build a career at Arbuckle Athletics. Class and group management working with children is beneficial.

Experience is not necessary for many for our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at Arbuckle Athletics.

Position Details

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who is knowledgeable is using google sheets, using a computer, trello, and canva. This person will be helping with marketing, assisting in going through end of day reports with the gym owner, organizing the pro shop, help deciding on new items for the pro shop, and help with fundraising.

Mostly during the day

Position Details

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who loves interacting with children, their parents, and staff members and loves people. This person is responsible for answering messages, emails, and phone calls and interacting with new families who who enter our gym and want to enroll in our programs. A great front desk member must be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills, be eager to learn, and adapt to a high energy environment. Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented. Knowledge of google sheets, Trello, and Canva are not required by helpful.

Monday-Friday afternoon-evenings

Position Details

We’re looking for fun coaches to lead our classes! The ideal candidate will be fun, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children. Our mission to inspire our youth through our coaches. Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience coaching tumbling, ninja or cheerleading is not necessary but must be passionate about working with children.
Ninja coaches occasionally work special events such as birthday parties, ninja nights and nerf nights.

Position Details

We’re looking for fun individual to lead our birthday parties! The ideal candidate will be fun, enthusiastic and enjoy working with children and parents. This candidate must be good with speaking to customers, be good with time management, and be able to clean and move to the next birthday party in a timely manner. Must have experience working with various ages and abilities and be passionate about working with children.

Hours

Thursdays and Friday evenings
Work most Saturdays
