Power Tumbling and Trampoline

Power tumbling involves many of the same skills as gymnastics, but uses a different set of equipment. In power tumbling, boys and girls alike all perform tumbling skills on the floor, a traditional trampoline and a double mini trampoline.

Our 5 years and older classes are an hour long and our 3-4 year old class is 45 minutes long. We keep our classes small on purpose so your athlete will get the best instruction!  Please look at which class your child needs then choose a day and time option that works best.

*A minimum 1-month commitment is required at the time of enrollment. Your selection will automatically renew each month thereafter until canceled (must be canceled by the 25th to prevent billing the subsequent month).*   Every child that signs up will pay a one time $60 enrollment fee.  We will prorate the monthly pricing if you start mid month.

3-4 years old

Power Tumbling

This class is for our young athletes to become acquainted with the gym, learn how to interact with other young athletes in a practice/class setting and to begin learning body control. 

5 years and older

Beginner
Power Tumbling

$75 a month

Basic Power Tumbling has no requirements to join! Athletes will focus on mastering basic tumbling fundamentals. Athletes will also work on strengthening their bodies, learning body control, and foundational skills that are the building blocks of all tumbling skills. 

5 years and older

Intermediate Power Tumbling

$75 a month

Intermediate Power Tumbling is the next step after completing the beginner class! Athletes will focus on mastering intermediate tumbling skills. Athletes will also work on strengthening their bodies, learning body control, and foundational skills that are the building blocks of all tumbling skills.

Competition Power Tumbling and Trampoline is a gymnastics sport where athletes perform explosive, high-flying skills on specialized equipment like the rod floor (for tumbling), trampoline, and double mini-trampoline. Athletes are judged on difficulty, execution, and height as they flip, twist, and connect skills with speed and precision. It combines strength, control, and artistry, making it both thrilling to watch and challenging to master. practices and push themselves to achieve goals as individuals.
