Rules and Regulations

Each vendor booth will get a 10x10 area to set up. We do not provide tents, tables, or chairs.
Alcohol, illegal substances, and smoking/vaping are prohibited within the event area

Setup/tear-down policies

Vendors may begin setup at [Insert Time]; all booths must be ready by [Insert Time].
Vehicles must be unloaded and moved to designated parking areas before the event begins.
Tear-down begins at [Insert Time] and must be completed by [Insert Time].
Early departure is not allowed unless approved by event organizers.

Trash and Cleanup

Safety & Emergencies

First aid will be available on site.
Report any injuries, lost children, or suspicious behavior to staff immediately.
In case of inclement weather, event organizers will communicate changes via email.

Booth & Display Requirements

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, tents, and displays unless otherwise provided.
All tents must be properly secured with weights (minimum 25 lbs per leg).
Booth areas must be kept clean and free of clutter.

Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal or vendor property.
Participation is at your own risk.
Waivers are all mandatory for all vendors.

Food and Beverages

By attending, all vendors, participants, and attendees agree to follow these rules and understand that failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
