Each vendor will get 10x10 space. Please bring your own table, and chairs.

Electricity is first come first serve. So if you submit an application late there may not be a chance to have electricity.

If we have severe weather we will reschedule the event and let you know as soon as possible.

Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

All booths must be fully operational at 8:30 am when check in starts for the event.

Vendors are responsible for removing all merchandise, displays, and trash at the end of the event.

The event organizer reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe items.

Vendors are responsible for the safety and security of their products, equipment, and personal property.

The event organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Vendors agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event organizer, venue, staff, and volunteers from claims arising from their participation.

No items regarding Marijuana, drugs, or alcohol are permitted at our events. This event is hosted by children activity centers.

Vendors grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
